PK07 Excalibur paperknife – a pewter handle topped with an amethyst colour Swarovski crystal in the hilt on a chrome-plated steel blade.
The Excalibur (Caliburn) sword, which was forged on the Isle of Avalon, represents the symbol of the cross and invincibility of moral force. King Arthur accepted it from the lady of the lake on condition that when his life neared the end he should return it to her. At the battle of Camlann in 537 AD Arthur was mortally wounded and entrusted Sir Bedivere to return Excalibur to the lake where it lives waiting to emerge anew.
